Terms of Service

The terms for using Stewdio and its connected tools.

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Using Stewdio

These terms govern your use of Stewdio’s website, applications, and plugin, provided by Cekura, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Stewdio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Stewdio for an organization, you must have authority to agree on its behalf.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and only access accounts and Files you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, including connected AI clients. Contact founders@stewdio.ai if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Your content

You retain your rights in the content you bring to or create in Stewdio. You grant us permission to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide the service and carry out your instructions. You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload, use, and share it.

If you choose to publish an animation on the website’s shared board, you authorize us to display the animation, its displayed prompt, and your display name publicly. Do not publish information you intend to keep confidential. Other people may view or copy publicly available content.

AI features and integrations

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others. Review generated content, scripts, and edits before relying on them or sharing them. We do not guarantee that generated content is unique or suitable for your intended use.

The Stewdio plugin can read and change Files within your authorized access. Changes made through a connected client save to Stewdio. Third-party clients and providers have their own terms and privacy practices, and you are responsible for how you configure and use them.

Acceptable use

Do not use Stewdio to:

  • Break the law or infringe someone else’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or access other people’s information.
  • Bypass access controls, billing requirements, usage limits, or security measures.
  • Disrupt the service or publish abusive, unlawful, or deceptive content.

We may remove content or restrict access when necessary to address violations, protect the service or others, or comply with law.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are subject to the prices, billing intervals, taxes, and usage limits shown when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew until canceled under the terms presented at checkout. Organization admins can manage billing and cancellation through Settings → Billing.

Cancellation takes effect as described in the billing portal. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests. Nothing in these terms limits refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.

Our service and intellectual property

We and our licensors retain rights in Stewdio’s software, branding, and other service materials. These terms allow you to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of it to you. Separate licenses apply to any open-source components.

Features and availability may change. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms, security concerns, legal requirements, or discontinuation of a service. You may stop using Stewdio at any time and contact us to request account deletion. Cancel any paid subscription separately through the billing portal. Keep copies of work you need independently of the service.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Stewdio is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. We may update these terms and will post the revised version with an updated date, providing additional notice when required by law. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the service.

For questions about these terms or to discuss a concern, contact Cekura, Inc. at founders@stewdio.ai. You can also visit Support.
