What counts as a seat?
A seat is an active member of your organization. Premium is $20 per seat per month, and the number of seats follows your organization’s active membership.
Do I need a separate AI subscription?
You connect the assistant you already use to Stewdio. Any subscription or usage costs for that assistant are separate from your Stewdio plan.
Can I start on Free and upgrade later?
Yes. Start with up to 3 active members, 3 Files per member, and 10 compositions per File. Upgrade your organization to Premium when you need more room.
What happens if I cancel Premium?
Your organization returns to Free at the end of the paid billing period. Files above the free limits stay editable but cannot grow. If your organization has more than 3 active members, it becomes read-only until members are removed or Premium is restored.
Do I need the desktop application?
No. You can work in the Stewdio web application. The desktop application is optional, and some assistants can show the editor directly in your conversation.
